Skin Care – Start In Your Kitchen

Skin care is in the news every day. Companies have made fortunes selling products that promise everlasting youth for women who have lost their original brilliance. At well over $300 a jar for some of these products, women are even making other sacrifices in order to afford what they want to believe is the answer to their aging problems. Cleansing is vital, too. Forget the expensive soaps. Baby shampoo works wonders on all skin types! Exfoliate with some ground up oatmeal mixed with yogurt. Reduce oil and shine with lemons and cucumbers. Add moisture with honey and avocado mixed together; leave on for 30 minutes, rinse with warm water.
